This is an OPEN COSPLAY COMPETITION meaning individual, duo or group can register and join. We will select the COSPLAY IDOL WINNER and 2 runner-ups.
COSPLAY IDOL will receive P5,000.00 in cash plus a gift pack from our sponsors.

A. QUALIFICATIONS
1. Every cosplayer who enters the competition will get a chance to win the COSPLAY IDOL AWARD.
2. Each cosplayer should pay a registration fee of P80.00
3. Entry can be individual, duo or group entry will be accepted for iCozplay Idol.
4. The total points to be given for the cosplay competition will be 150 points.
5. Previous Cosplay Idol Final winner and Cosplay Idol Season 2 leg winners can no longer win as Cosplay Idol.
6. Costumes which have won twice (2x) in major cosplay events can no longer join the competition. Major events includes Cosplay Mania, Ozine Fest, Philippine Cosplay Convention, Tag Com, Best of Anime, and Pinoy Gaming Festival (PGF).
B. GENERAL COMPETITION RULES
1.The joining fee is P80.00 per cosplayer.
2. Participants can PRE-REGISTER at http://narutocosplayers.com/icozreg/
3. Individual ,Duo or Group is allowed but they should pay the registration fee separately.
4. Human props are exempted from the registration fee.
5. All pre-registered cosplayers are required to confirm at the venue from 10:00am to 1:00pm.
6. All contestants should be in costume by 1:00pm.
7. All contestants should wear their number at all times.
8. Each cosplayer will be given up to 3 minutes to perform.
9. Individual cosplayers can use human props and there is no limit to the number of human props as long as their performance will not exceed 3 minutes. A 10 point deduction will be made for every minute in excess. There will be a timekeeper assigned at the event to monitor this.
10. Walk in registration is on a FIRST COME-FIRST SERVED basis
11. Maximum number of human props or stage assistants should not exceed two (2).
12. Dangerous stunts, metal props and other dangerous objects or props will not be allowed.
13. In case of destruction or damage due to a contestants cosplay act, the cosplayer will be the one to answer for the said damages.
14. You can cosplay ANY GENRE from Anime, Gaming, Cartoons, Comic, Movie and Series.
15. No member of the staff or organizing committee will be allowed to participate in the cosplay event competition.
16. The decisions of the judges are final.
17. If you have any complaint please watch out for our feedback form or drop it at the suggestion box/feedback box that we will deploy during the event.
JUDGING RULES
1. Judges will be announced during the event.
2. There will be a total of three (3) judges for the event.
3. Criteria for judging will be as follows:
• Characterization (cosplayers resemblance to the character he/she is cosplaying in terms of personality and actions) – 25 points
• Costume and Accuracy (accuracy of the costume compared to the reference character, costume quality and its visual appeal) – 25 points
• Performance (catwalk and performance during the presentation) – 25 points
• Overall Appeal (THIS WILL BE JUDGED PRIOR TO THE COMPETITION. The judges will roam around the event area and pre-judge the contestants if they are in character, are loved by the audience, and how they act as a real cosplayer) – 25 points
• Talent and Cosplay Idol Starpower (the difficulty of the talent performed by the Cosplayer) – 50 points
4. Decision of the Judges are final and irrevocable..
5. Winners who are announced and not present will be contacted via mobile phone to arrange collection of prizes. A representative rom iCOZPLAY PH MANAGEMENT will collect the prize/s in their behalf.. The top 10 rated cosplayers for COSPLAY IDOL will be part of the Cosplay Idol Wildcard during the Cosplay Idol Finals.
