The new world of Heroes and Villains

THE NEW WORLD is the SECOND offering of KUMERSYO INC., an events management company. THE NEW WORLD will feature activities related to its theme “Heroes and Villains” such as COSPLAY EVENT, GAME TOURNA-MENTS and other Related Activities. It will also have an ACOUSTIC NIGHT on Feb. 14, 2013. Along with the said event KUMERSYO will be having a bazaar that will feature products and services of local entrepreneurs, showcas-ing quality at reasonable prices for the middle class market. Booth stalls are categorized into cluster A: Commerce & Trade Area, and cluster B: Culinary Products and Services.
KUMERSYO has Dining Areas so that shoppers will have a place to eat, rest and enjoy their shopping. The place will be well-ventilated, secure and assured of good customer traffic.

COMPETITION DETAILS:
A. INDIVIDUAL COSPLAY COMPETITION
1. There will be 4 categories for the Cosplay Competition:
- Best Male
- Best Female
- Best Chibi
- Best Mecha
2. There will be a pre-registration and on-site registration of participants.
To make things easier all participants who wants to pre-registered for the event you just have to Send us your picture as the character that you will be doing for the event together with some description and we will upload it here in the events page and our fanpage. This will serve as the registration form for the pre-registered participants.(This will also attract people to go if they could see a glimpse of what will be there or who will be there for the event.

3. All pre-registered cosplayers are required to confirm at the venue from 10:00am to 1:00pm. You can claim your ticket at the venue just make sure that you arrive on time for some verifications.
4. Each cosplayer will be given up to 2 minutes to perform.
5. Individual cosplayers can use human props and there is no limit to the number of human props as long as their performance will not exceed 2 minutes. A 5 point deduction will be given for every minute in excess. There will be a timekeeper assigned at the event to monitor this.
6. There will be a limit for participants who would want to join the competition.
- 150 Individuals
- 5 Groups (min. 5 Members and max of 10)
7. Tickets will be available at the gate of the venue. Ticket Price: Php. 100.00.
GENERAL RULES:
1. Dangerous stunts, metal props and other dangerous objects or props will not be allowed.
2. In case of destruction or damage due to a contestants cosplay act, the cosplayer will be the one to answer for the said damages.
3. You can cosplay any anime, manga, game or movie character.
4. No member of the staff or organizing committee will be allowed to participate in the cosplay event competition.
5. The decisions of the judges are final
6. If you have any complaint please watch out for our feedback form or drop it at the suggestion box/feedback box that we will deploy during the event.

4. Audience Impact – 10%

BAGGAGE AREA:
• There will be a designated baggage area during the event.
• Baggage area will only be for cosplay competition participants
• Please remove any gadget or money from the items you will put in the baggage counter.
• The event organizer will not be responsible for any items lost.
