More Info	We are inviting all hardcore J-POP fans and Cosplayers to come and enjoy the ultimate Japanese Popular Culture experience at J-POP FESTIVAL 2011 happening this November 2011. Exact date and venue to be announced soon-er. :) J-Pop Festival 2011 will showcase a variety of fun Japanese pop-inspired attractions including dance contests, singing contests, fashion shows, live performances, cosplay, Japanese foods and kawaii goodies. Featured contests: J-POP Dance Contest – Love Hey! Say! Jump? KAT-TUN? What about Morning Musume or do you dream to be part of Hello Project? Do you think you can dance like your favourite J-POP Idol? Then this is the contest to show what you got! ARASHI Cover Dance Showdown – In tribute to the popular Japanese boyband, Arashi 嵐, we’re inviting all diehard fans to a Cover Dance Showdown Contest. J-POP Singing Contest – Is open to all amateur performers of all ages who can sing their favorite J-POP or Anime songs! J-K-POP Cover Dance Contest – This contest will allow K-Pop fanatics, or fan of both cultures, to cover their favourite K-POP Idol Groups who have officially released their Japanese songs/versions. HARAJUKU Fashion Show – Strut your stuff and hit the catwalk with the latest Tokyo trends, or go old school with traditional Japanese fashion! ANIME and JDRAMA Cosplay Competition – Which would you cosplay? Shinichi Kudo or Oguri Shun in the live action series? Want to cosplay solo as Kumiko Yamaguchi or want to invite your friends to cosplay as a group as the Class 3D at Shirokin High School? J-ROCK ‘Band Battle Royale’ – Various bands will clash and make noise as they bring the Japanese rock music!
