• Venue: NEAP Building (near the Oval) , TEACHER's Camp, Baguio City Gripo Comics, Magnum Artistry, and Art City invites all cosplayers to join the 2B3C (2nd Baguio City Comics Congress) Cosplay Competition! 2:30 pm February 26, 2012 RULES: (kindly read carefully..) 1. Registration is free & at the day itself. Please come earlier than scheduled time and register. Registration Time: 9am - 2pm Competition: 2:30pm Requirements: - 2B3C tickets for Feb 26 & 27. PLEASE PRESENT DAY 1 AND 2 TICKETS at the SECRETARIAT to be able to register. - Kindly provide a photo of the character you are cosplaying for the judges' reference. - For those who require a select music, kindly bring Audio (mp3 only) in a USB flash disk. No CDs. - No deadly / actual weapons. Imitation weapons are the only ones allowed. 2. There are FOUR (4) Categories: (no original characters pls...) BEST MALE BEST FEMALE BEST CROSS DRESS BEST CHIBI 3. Costume/s must be made by you! Or bought, it's fine. 4. Skits are only allowed the maximum of two (2) minutes. Excess of this means deduction in the total judges' scores. 5. Criteria Characterization ......... 40 points Costume Accuracy ...... 30 points Craftsmanship ............ 15 points Performance .............. 15 points Total ....................... 100 points ANNOUNCEMENT OF ALL WINNERS WILL BE ON FEBRUARY 27, 2012!!!
