Program Flow Part Description Spiel Part 1: Registration Every time a cosplayer arrives, send them to the Registration table (They need to be registered to be able to vote and join the photo op) Welcome to Cyberzone’s Cosplay Meet & Greet! Thank you for coming. Kindly register first at our registration booth before entering the exhibit area. Thank you. Part 2: Exhibit After registering, direct them to the exhibit of the 10 nominees of Cyberzone’s Women of Cosplay and brief them of the voting mechanics These are 10 female cosplayers nominated at Cyberzone’s Women of Cosplay. Choose your favorite then vote for her online. The one with the most number of votes will be given a special recognition during Cyberzone’s Main Cosplay Event next month! Part 3: Voting They can vote on-the-spot through the PC booth assembled on site To vote, just log on to www.smcyberzone.com and choose your favorite female cosplayer! Then watch out for our main cosplay event next month to see who wins! Part 4: Photo Op After voting, they can now proceed to the photo op to have their pictures taken and printed Thank you for voting! You may now proceed to the photo op and enjoy taking pictures! B. Description of Activities Registration All attending cosplayers are required to sign up/register with their name, address and contact information (mobile number and e-mail address) on site Cosplay Photo Op Cosplayers, individual or groups, may have their photos taken at the photo wall. Photos are then instantly printed out and handed to the cosplayers as souvenir. Cosplayers are only allowed to print out two (2) photographs. Online Voting Cosplayers as well as other attendees may vote on-the-spot through the PC assembled on-site. Those who wish to vote must register first at the registration area. Only one (1) vote will be allowed per e-mail address. EVENT STANDARD SPIELS A. What to say when welcoming people in the Meet & Greet Area? Hi! What to say when inviting cosplayers to the photo wall? This is a photo wall where you can have your photos taken by our official photographer and you can get printed copies instantly! Show us your best pose because cosplayers with the best photos will be automatically included in the guest list for Cyberzone’s Main Cosplay Event next month and who knows you might also be chosen as a participant!
