Just a friendly reminder: The setting of a maid cafe will be done for this particular event only and not for a long term basis :)
Important note: It is advised that participants join either the Cosplay Contest or Maid and Butler Contest. Entering in both contests per person will not be permitted as to give chance to others. Thank you :)

COSPLAY CONTEST:
Contestants will be given the opportunity to sport their outfits and portray their character in a catwalk setting.
Categories:
1. Best Male
2. Best Female
3. Best Mecha/Armor/Creature
4. Best Chibi (12 years old and below)
Rules:
1. All participants must gather in their designated area no later than 1:30pm
2. It is advised that all participants be in costume upon arrival especially during registration
3. Each participant is given a maximum of 2 minutes for their performance on the catwalk
4. Music is optional, but if interested in requesting a certain song, participants must inform us with the desired song and details such as the (song name, artist and anime/game/movie etc it
was from) by:
a. emailing the song file to teamgomen@gmail.com
or
b. submitting the file during the on-site registration in a flash drive
5. Criteria of judging will be based upon:
a. Characterization = 35%
b. Costume & Craftsmanship = 35%
c. Overall Performance = 30%

MAID AND BUTLER CONTEST:
Participants are expected to go on stage and portray their role as a butler/maid and impress the masters with refreshments and delights. So to speak, participants are at liberty to apply the props and materials on stage as they blissfully entertain their "SPECIAL GUESTS".
Categories:
1. Best Dressed Maid & Butler
2. Best Otaku Maid & Butler (Maid-sama, Sebastian from Black Butler, Erza maid-version, Naruto butler version etc)
3. Best Chibi Maid & Butler (12 years old and below)
